Yoga practice is more than just getting on your mat and moving for exercise, It teaches the student to be aware of how they are moving, why they are moving and where its possible to move next. When these tools are learned on the mat, they can be implemented into the students daily life which leads to each student opening up the world to endless possibilities. Boys & Girls Club
What we do - We make yoga FUN while learning! Physical yoga poses, playing games focused on breath, mediation and self acceptance, meditation and so much more! This class is closed to the public.
JCAP

What we do - Yoga Practice and Personal Development Programs designed to use the tools learned on the mat and make the tools accessible to real life situations. This class is closed to the public.
Our goal for 2027 is to be able to have inmates attend a yoga teacher training course while still incarcerated, allowing them to teach their community inside the facility and have a career waiting for them upon release.
122nd Fighter Wing
What We Do: Physical Vinyasa Yoga Practice. This class is specifically designed for our members of the military to release stress, move with purpose and power. This class is closed to the public.
Northern Path Recovery
What we do - Physical Yoga practice and meditation. Classes are designed to calm the nervous system with movement and breathwork while releasing any tension from addiction. This class is closed to the public.
Recovery Yoga
What we do- Physical Yoga practice and meditation. Classes are designed to calm the nervous system with movement and breathwork while releasing any tension from addiction. Recovery yoga is open to anyone in the public who has been impacted by addiction.

Hero’s Yoga
What we do-
Vinyasa or Slow Flow yoga practice. This all levels class is taught by a rotation of our teachers.
Class is every Monday in our sister studio, Power Yoga at 1301 Lafayette Street, starting at 4:15pm. This class is open to any member of our community with an id badge or paycheck that qualifies them as a “Hero” worker.
Students are encouraged to bring one partner/friend to come with them for free also.
Power Yoga Community Class
All styles of yoga with all abilities! This class is the spot to be every Friday night! We hope to see you this week!
