Private Classes

As part of our effort to make yoga more accessible, we offer the following classes:

Heroes' Yoga

This free all-levels class is for veterans, military, first responders, healthcare workers, and their spouses with valid id.

1st Monday of every month

(parking onsite available)

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and a yoga mat. We have mats available to borrow if needed.
