Meet The Team


Sarah Evans


Sarah Evans is passionate about the health and wellbeing industry. She is a Registered Nurse with Cardiovascular Intensive Care experience, the owner of a massage studio and has worked as a Massage Therapist since 1998. She is the co-owner of a local yoga studio and has completed the highest level of training (F.I.T. to Lead) through the Baptiste Yoga Institute. Her love of yoga comes from not only the wide ranging health benefits, but also it's ability to create connection between people and develop powerful leaders. She founded 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation to strengthen our community by connecting people through a shared experience and making yoga accessible to anyone, anywhere. She currently serves as the President of the organization.

Mitch Evans

Vice President

Mitch is an Automation Engineer who focuses on robotics and safety. He is fitness oriented and in his free time enjoys snowboarding, cycling, and swimming. His love of yoga comes from the mindful breath and how breath paired with movement can be a powerful meditation. Through the foundation, his goals are to promote self care and empower people to find healing in their physical and emotional lives.


Kathy Price


Although Kathy loves practicing and teaching yoga, she wears a variety of hats in the community! From managing a locally owned construction company and volunteering her time for fundraising with another local non for profit and assisting her husband Jason with his ground maintenance company. She is also the mother of 3 very active teens, 2 boys, Nathan and Luke and 1 girl, Jessica, and wife to Jason since 2002! Kathy has a bachelors degree in psychology from Taylor University with minors in social work and education and a hefty collection of leadership trainings and certifications from her years in radio, finance management and sales. When she isn’t pouring her heart into her family, work, the love of yoga and volunteering, you can find her at many local community events around town including live music events, concerts or traveling with family and friends! Adventure and community is top priority for Kathy!

Terri Walker


Terri Walker is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. She is currently working at Parkview Home Healthcare and Hospice as an Intake Clinical Specialist. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing Education in 2019. Her nursing experience includes: intensive care, nursing education, and home healthcare. She was introduced to Baptiste's yoga 4 years ago, and she is currently participating in BRAVE Teacher and Leadership training to become a certified yoga teacher. She is married to Steve and a proud mother. She is excited to be a new board member of 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation and is looking forward to being part of helping connect the Fort Wayne community with yoga opportunities.

Jennifer Mills

Event Coordinator & Team Lead

Jen Mills is a tier one certified Baptiste teacher, a 200 hour RYT, and has been teaching Baptiste Yoga for the past five years. Through the  Baptiste methodology, Jen discovered her passion for health and healing and pursued this interest further by becoming a massage therapist. Being a part of the 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation is her way to give back and to be of service to the community. Her hope is that by teaching the methodology, she can pass this gift on to her students, and for them to discover their passion and live their best life. When she is not teaching yoga, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, snuggling her pups, summer days on her porch, and cozy fires in her living room.

Carla Jennings

Board Memeber

Carla Jennings is proud to be wife of Pastor Al Jennings of Summit Church. She is a mother of 5, grandmother of 3, and pastors along side her husband. Carla has been a business owner for 9 years and is a community leader, serving on 2 boards, Fort4Fitness and the 3Rivers Yoga Foundation. Carla is honored to serve the community in this capacity!


Leslie Williams

Monica Sullivan

Board Member

Monica Sullivan has been practicing yoga for close to 15 years, but learned how impactful yoga can be when she was introduced to Baptiste Yoga about seven years ago. While yoga was initially a form of exercise, she has now learned it is so much more. Monica's entire career has been in Human Resources; she is currently Vice President, Human Resources at Zimmer Biomet. Her hobbies include reading, exercising, decorating and baking. Above all, her passion is her two small children. 


Jena Snyder

Board Member

Jena Snyder is a chiropractor, acupuncturist, and 200 RYT.  She has found yoga to help her mentally as well as physically. She is proud to be apart of such a welcoming and amazing community. When she isn't working, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, or spending time with her husband and dog, Hazel May.
